How can I order an XCCR unit?
The XCCR unit is available exclusively through factory-approved
XCCR instructors/dealers to certified XCCR divers.
What is the delivery time for an XCCR unit?
The usual delivery time is 2-3 weeks, but may be affected by the
availability of components and materials in production. The expected
delivery time is therefore always confirmed individually for each order.
Can you send me a price list?
The XCCR unit is available exclusively through factory-approved
XCCR instructors / dealer, so chose and contact your instructor/dealer
and ask him/her for the Price list.

Can I order XCCR spare parts even if I’m not a certified XCCR diver?
XCCR specific spare parts can only be sold to certified XCCR divers.
How often should be my XCCR unit serviced?
The XCCR unit requires regular service inspections every 12 months or
after 100 hours of underwater use.
Defective and/or unreliable parts must be replaced immediately,
regardless of regular maintenance and service inspections.
Where can I get my XCCR unit serviced?
The XCCR unit can be serviced at iQsub factory or by a factory-
approved XCCR service technician.
Can I service my XCCR unit myself?
Users can replace parts with new original spare parts only in cases
where no specific tool is needed, such as O2 cells, batteries and
battery caps, hoses etc.
How much does the XCCR unit weight?
The weight of the unit can differ. Look at the XCCR weight table here
